After the humans of Libérer l'Ile suddenly disappear from their colony over night, dogs and cats tried migrating from their homes in order to survive. However, many did not make it. Most died. Those who did survive, broke into the establishments of mankind - their stores and other houses - in order to get food. Once they realized that the humans were not coming back, they knew it was in their nature and responsibility to form respective packs and groups in order to live. They absolutely knew that a support system was needed eventually; for food would soon run out and hunting would become a custom. There was a foundation of groups, two packs and two clans, different in their intent for survival. The dog packs call themselves: Eau & Voisinage. Eau claimed the area by the ocean, where Fishermen's Warf and Sunset's Pier & Boardwalk were located. The Voisinage took the neighborhood areas, where residential houses and boutiques were aplenty. The cat clans call themselves: Parc & Magasin. Parc had the beautiful North Broadway Park all to themselves, where free space totaled 877 acres. Magasin had the Orange Square shopping district, where storefront property and high-end condominiums were in wealth. Their home. All the boundaries are set. This is their home. The only question now is: Can they survive?
